Build a multi-storey car park between Walton Street and Hull Royal Infirmary to support hospital visitors, nearby businesses and Hull Fair. Offer advance reservations, EV charging and secure indoor garages for reserved vehicles. If the location allows, include a viewing area where visitors can photograph Hull Fair and enjoy views across the city.
