Modernise Albert Dock to support cargo operations and cruise services connecting Hull with Denmark, Sweden, Norway and international destinations. Include a practical workshop where people can learn to repair cars, bikes and boats, alongside large and small 3D printers for designing and producing custom boat components and prototypes.
