Develop a network of emergency hubs at health centres, using electric helicopters where practical and road ambulances for rapid hospital transfers. Secure, roof-opening garages and solar charging could support operations. Work with the NHS and research partners to develop faster, more cost-effective emergency transport, with additional income from renting spare space for mini data centres.
