A social enterprise combining affordable housing and employment, with flats above small shops managed by a housing association. Residents receive a stable home, training and paid work while helping run local businesses. Inspired by Emmaus, the scheme could revive smaller versions of iconic stores like Woolworths and Fultons, filling empty shops across Hull.
