Create shared centres combining Post Office services, parcel collections and returns, bank kiosks, and council and government support. Based in council offices where possible to reduce costs, hubs could also sell cards, books and stationery, offer printing services, and run a computer club for under-18s to study or game. Shared facilities could help keep local Post Offices open across Hull.
