A community security service using CCTV, legally operated surveillance drones, infrared cameras and rapid-response teams to protect shops and neighbourhoods. Remote-controlled water deterrents could discourage antisocial behaviour where safe and lawful. Small estate stations would connect to a central city hub, with youth crime addressed through supervised rehabilitation, restorative justice.
