A multi-purpose indoor Culture & Sports Centre at the former Staples site in Hull, offering activities for all ages, including archery, fencing, kendo, roller skating and batting cages for baseball, cricket and tennis. The centre would also feature dedicated indoor BB-gun and Nerf shooting ranges, providing a safe, all-weather venue for sports, recreation, training and community events.
